We diligently strive to weave good ethical practices into the very fabric of our Company.

 

Our Code of Ethics constitute the framework upon which this fabric is laid. They serve as our moral compass to assure our clients are provided consistent, reliable, and superior service.

 

 

  • HONESTY: Trust is at the core of our company. Clients want to do business with us because we are trustworthy, so avoid engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct. At all times, act honestly with our clients, fellow employees, suppliers, and others.

 

  • EXCELLENCE: Pursue excellence in the performance of all tasks. Continually endeavor to increase proficiency in all areas of responsibility by being well-informed and prepared.

 

  • INTEGRITY: Earn the trust of others through personal integrity. Stand up for your beliefs and do not sacrifice your principles for expediency. Maintaining the moral courage and inner strength to do the right thing; even in the face of challenging circumstances or pressure to do otherwise.

 

  • FAIRNESS: Strive to be fair and just in all business dealings. Stay committed to the equal treatment of individuals and be accepting of diversity. Treat others in a manner that provides equal opportunity, prevents harassment, or discriminates based on age, sex, race, religion, political affiliation, or other personal characteristics or preferences.

 

  • RESPECT: As a general rule; treat others the same, or better, than you would like to be treated. Show respect, dignity, and courtesy, regardless of differences, positions, ages, national origin, sex, or other distinctions.

 

  • REPUTATION: Act in the best interest of Stellar CSI while performing your role for the Company. Take pride in what we do and protect the Company’s good reputation. Avoid taking actions that might undermine our reputation or damage you personally.

 

  • ACCOUNTABILITY: Accept personal accountability for your decisions and actions with clients, colleagues, leadership, and fellow co-workers. Abide by any applicable laws, rules, and regulations when conducting business activities.

 

  • COMMITMENTS: Make every reasonable effort to fulfill the letter and spirit of commitments within lawful bounds. Avoid making commitments which may position you in a conflict of interest.

 

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Keep an open mind for continuous improvement ideas which may enhance our operations and provide better service for our clients. Aspire to find ways to cause the least harm; yet yield the greatest positive good.
